Before installing the SpeedJG GUI builder it is assumed that you have read, understood and accepted the license agreement.
The "SpeedJG" software program (hereinafter referred to as "Software Product") is developed and owned by Wöhrmann Softwareentwicklung, Brotmannstr. 29, 85635 Höhenkirchen, Germany (hereinafter referred to as "Developer"). The Developer grants the Licensee a nonexclusive license for the Software Product. The granting of a license means the right to use the product under the terms of this agreement.
This Software Product is freeware. You have the right to use this product under the terms of this agreement.
The main component of the Software Product is the executable Java library named "SpeedJG.jar". Licensee is not allowed to modify, adapt, reverse engineer or decompile this library or attempt to discover the source code of the Software Product.
The Developer disclaims, and Licensee hereby waives, any and all implied warranties or claims. The Developer shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or indirect damages that result from using the Software Product or for any consequential economic damages (including lost profits or savings), even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore the Developer shall not be liable for the loss of, or damage to, your data or recorded data or for any damage claims by Licensee based on any third party claim.
Otherwise the Software Product is provided "as is". The Developer does not guarantee that the Software Product contains no errors and shall not be liable for direct or indirect implications of the use of the Software Product, including those caused by possible errors and misprints in the Software Product package.
Licensee shall be liable to the Developer for any damages arising from the violation of this agreement by Licensee.
The Software Product may be used for an unlimited period of time. The right to use the Software Product will terminate if Licensee breaches this agreement. After termination of this agreement Licensee has to delete all remaining components of the Software Product.
The Developer shall be allowed to modify and update the Software Product at his own discretion.
The Developer may at any time alienate the rights to the Software Product. In this case all rights and responsibilities of the Developer regarding this agreement are conveyed to the transferee of the rights to the Software Product.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The court of jurisdiction for any conflicts arising from this agreement is located in Munich, Germany.
If any provision or portion of this agreement is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision which corresponds to the largest extent possible under law to the content and purpose of the invalid provision.
